3. Product Listings and Commissions

3.2. Trendsia.in will charge a commission of 5% on the total sale amount for each successful transaction.

3.3. The commission structure is subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to vendors in advance.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Vendors have the authority to set the prices for their clothing products.

4.2. Payments for successful sales will be transferred to the vendor’s PayPal account or directly to their bank account within 10 days of order completion.

4.3. Vendors are responsible for any transaction fees associated with PayPal or bank transfers.

5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

5.1. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and providing accurate shipping information.

5.2. Trendsia.in may provide guidelines for shipping, and vendors must adhere to these guidelines.

6. Customer Service

6.1. Vendors are expected to provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

6.2. Trendsia.in may intervene in customer disputes if necessary.

7. Compliance with Laws

7.1. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to product safety and labeling.

8. Termination

8.1. Trendsia.in reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account for violations of these terms or for any reason deemed appropriate by Trendsia.in.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Trendsia.in reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the modified terms.
