Return Period:

You have 2 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– It must be in the original packaging.
– The product should have all tags attached and be in its original, saleable condition.
– We recommend recording an unpacking video to assist with the return process.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Log in to your Trendsia.in account.
2. Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
3. Follow the prompts to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Exceptions:

– Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
