Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Trendsia.in

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

– Individuals and entities may apply to become affiliates of Trendsia.in by submitting an application through the official affiliate registration page.
– Trendsia.in reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure:
– Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% on the total order value (excluding taxes and shipping costs) for each valid sale generated through their unique affiliate link.

3. Withdrawal Conditions:
– Affiliates may request a withdrawal once their commission balance reaches a minimum threshold of 1000 Indian Rupees.
– Withdrawal requests can be made through the affiliate dashboard on the Trendsia.in website.

4. Payment Processing:
– Payments will be processed within 14 days of the withdrawal request.
– Payment will be made via the preferred method selected by the affiliate during the registration process.

5. Refund Policy:
– In the event of a customer refund, the corresponding commission for that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s current balance.
– Trendsia.in will deduct the refund amount, including any associated taxes and fees, from the affiliate’s commission balance.

6. Tracking and Reporting:
– The affiliate dashboard provides real-time tracking and reporting of clicks, sales, and commissions.
– Trendsia.in is not responsible for tracking issues resulting from the customer’s use of ad-blockers or other technical issues beyond our control.

7. Termination of Agreement:
– Trendsia.in reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for violations of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activities, or any other reasons deemed appropriate by Trendsia.in.

8. Modification of Terms:
– Trendsia.in reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any changes.

10. Governing Law:
– This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the prevailing laws.

11. Effective Date:
– These terms and conditions are effective as of 19/11/2023 , and any updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the Trendsia.in website.
